Thanks to generous donors in 2024, the Renal and Pancreas Transplant Division at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center celebrated a record year of helping patients achieve transplant.

Performed 391 total transplants.

  • We are the 6th largest kidney transplant center in the U.S.

    Performed 314 kidney and/or pancreas transplants from deceased donors.

    • We performed the most deceased donor transplants ever in one year in our program’s history.
    Performed 77 kidney transplants from living donors.

    • Once again, we are the largest kidney transplant center in the Northeastern U.S.
